Truma (North America) invites RV industry volunteers to join its employees to celebrate Earth Day

Truma (North America) employees will once again be celebrating Earth Day by cleaning up the roadways around its North American Headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana. This year it invited other companies and organizations in the RV industry to join it for the Second Annual Truma Spring Clean-up Event and it is pleased to announce that volunteers from Century Chemical Corporation and the RV Women’s Alliance will be adding much-needed helping hands.

“Caring for our environment and giving back to our community has always been part of our DNA as a company,” said Truma CEO Gerhard Hundsberger. “We are grateful that other organizations in the RV industry feel the same way we do and are willing to contribute to our efforts. We hope to see this event continue to grow.”

It isn’t too late to get involved. If any other businesses in the RV industry would like to join Truma, they can meet at Truma headquarters at 2800 Harman Drive at noon on Friday, April 22nd. There will be plenty of safety vests and work gloves to go around, but you should wear shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.

Volunteers will be working along County Road 6 and County Road 17 from 12 pm to 5 pm on April 22nd, with a volunteer dinner to follow.
