Provider of technical systems and components to the RV industry, Truma Group, has been nominated as a Top Job Employer of the Year for 2026.
The Top Job awards are organised by the Center for Employer Attractiveness in Germany, and recognise companies for their attractiveness and sustainability based on a number of different factors in a special analysis.
Truma Group has been nominated for the award thanks to several factors, including employer attractiveness out of family responsibility, a vision that connects its people, values that are internationally lived, leadership with clarity, courage and self-reflection, and a world of work with trust and clear guardrails.
The Top Job jury will select the winners of this award this month, and if Truma is successful, it will be the fifth time the company has achieved this employer seal.
On Truma’s nomination, Prof. Dr Heike Bruch, Scientific Director of Top Job, said: “Diversity and responsible action are firmly anchored in the corporate culture at the Truma Group. The very good results in the diversity and sustainability category show that this attitude is also effectively lived internationally. This creates a working environment that provides orientation and promotes commitment.”
In the official nomination on the Top Job website, it reads: “The nomination of the Truma Group as Employer of the Year 2026 recognises a company that combines family values, international cooperation and technological innovation. Employer attractiveness arises here from connectedness, courage and long-term thinking. Truma shows how a strong corporate culture can also be carried across national borders – with a clear attitude and real responsibility for people and the environment.”
