The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) has honoured 23 recreational vehicle manufacturers and brands in North America with Quality Circle Awards following the results of its annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI).

The criteria to receive a Quality Circle Award were to have received at least 15 dealer responses and scored 4.25 or higher on a 5-point scale in the DSI, the survey for which was conducted between June and September 2025.

In the towable RV category, the recipients of the award were Alliance RV, Brinkley RV, Coachmen, East to West, Forest River, Grand Design, Gulf Stream, Highland Ridge, Jayco, KeystoneRV, KZ RV, Starcraft, and Venture RV.

In motorised RVs, Coachmen, Dynamax, Entegra, Forest River, Grand Design, Gulf Stream, Jayco, Leisure Travel Vans/Triple E, Newmar, and Pleasure-Way were award winners.

Dealers had to score RV brands and manufacturers on four attributes: reliability/quality, parts, warranty, and sales. More than 495 dealership locations from across the US and Canada took part in the DSI.

The top-rated brands and manufacturers will collect their awards at the RV Dealers Convention in Las Vegas from 10-14 November.

“The DSI results recognise top-rated manufacturers in several important areas of dealer and customer support, which is more important than ever as the industry works to reduce Repair Event Cycle Time,” said RVDA Chairman of the Board Larry Troutt III of Topper’s RVs in Waller, TX.
