Supplier of equipment to the leisure vehicle market, Teleco Group, is celebrating after winning the prestigious European Innovation Award for the second year in a row.

The Italian company won in the ‘Vehicle Equipment’ category of the 2026 edition of the awards with its Ultra Comfort 8000 Steril Air Pro air conditioner – a product described as a true breakthrough in the sector that goes beyond simply cooling.

Utilising UV-A LED technology via its patented Steril Air Pro system, this air conditioner sanitises the environment inside a leisure vehicle by eliminating up to 99.9 per cent of viruses, bacteria, and organic pollutants, ensuring clean air in complete safety for passengers and pets.

As well as this active sanitisation, it also features a roof-free design designed for installation behind the front bumper of a vehicle, offers all-season comfort thanks to 230v heat pump technology, and offers installation versatility for campervans, low-profile motorhomes, and overcabs.
