The President and CEO of THOR Industries, Bob Martin, has been recognized by the Elkhart Chapter of the Indiana Black Expo. Inc. (IBE) for his dedicated service to the City of Elkhart. IBE represents the African American community and provides networking, education, career and cultural opportunities for all.

Bob Martin was honoured at the 10th Annual IBE Men of Honor Gala on October 5, celebrating his contributions to the Elkhart community. His family’s history in Elkhart goes back to the 1930s, when they relocated from New York and opened a shop near what is now THOR’s global headquarters.

Bob’s journey in the RV industry began after college when he joined THOR in 2001 after it acquired Keystone RV. Since becoming CEO in 2013, Bob’s leadership has helped THOR thrive and has fueled investments which benefit Elkhart County.
