New layout announced for Caravan Salon 2025 as registration opens

The 2025 edition of the caravanning industry’s biggest event, Caravan Salon Düsseldorf, will feature a new layout that organisers say will provide a clear and reliable structure for visitors for the long term.

The most significant changes to the floorplan include Hobby and Fendt relocating from Hall 9 to Hall 5, the premium segment of the show moving from Hall 5 to Hall 16, Carthago and Malibu relocating from Hall 16 to Hall 4, brands from the Rapido Group moving from Hall 16 to Hall 4, Notin moving from Hall 16 to Hall 4, Dethleffs moving from Hall 7a to Hall 6 and Kabe relocating from Hall 9 to Hall 6.

These changes will provide what organisers are calling a ‘future-proof layout’ to the show which hosted 700 exhibitors and 250,000 visitors last year.

“Once again, the Messe Düsseldorf will become the most important meeting point for all caravaning enthusiasts, fans, and industry experts from around the globe for ten days,” said Show Director, Stefan Koschke.

“Unmatched in its diversity, the fair offers a comprehensive overview of current trends and developments in the caravanning world, with more than 700 exhibitors across 15 halls and the outdoor area.”

Despite the changes to the floorplan, many other brands and exhibitors will remain in their existing and well-established locations at the show including Trigano (Halls 10 and 11), Knaus Tabbert Group (Hall 4), Erwin Hymer Group (Hall 6), Pilote Group (Hall 17), and Pössl Group (Hall 12).

The following category locations will also remain the same as in previous years: technology and components (Halls 13 and 14), campervans (Hall 15), base vehicle manufacturers (Hall 16), equipment and outdoor (Hall 3), and travel and nature (Hall 7).

Caravan Salon Düsseldorf will take place from 29 August through to 7 September and ticket sales and registration is now open via the organiser’s website.

One-day tickets for adults are €20 on weekends, and €18 on working days; discounted tickets (pupils, students, Club CARAVAN SALON & boot, ADAC) cost €18 on weekends, €16 on working days), for children (aged 6 to 12) the 1-day ticket costs €6 on weekends and on workdays. In addition, an afternoon ticket will be offered for €10 from Monday to Friday (from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm). Preview Day tickets for adults cost €39 (discounted €35), and for children aged 6 to 12 €6.
