Lippert has a new website for Europe

The Lippert Europe website (www.lippertcomponents.eu) has been completely restructured with the objective of improving the experience for the end user, offering all the tools to get to know the company and its products, and making it easier to obtain any assistance, if required.

Developed in six languages – English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Dutch – and including all Lippert Europe’s brands – Polyplastic by Lippert, Lewmar, DoubleCool by Lippert, Taylor Made, and Trend Marine – the new lippertcomponents.eu website highlights the three main sectors that the American company operates in the EMEA region: Caravanning, Marine, and Rail. An interactive map, with the option of searching by geographical area, makes it easy to find authorized dealers throughout Europe.

“It was a rather long project, lasting almost a year, and was carried out in close contact with all the teams involved,” commented Francesca Tompetrini, Marketing Manager Caravanning and Rail at Lippert Europe. “Our goal was to create a site that fully satisfied the needs of the end user, and I sincerely believe that we have achieved this. The site has been designed with great attention to detail to the user experience. We have made navigation intuitive and simple to facilitate the search for information and interaction with our products and services. Each page has been created, in terms of content and design, to offer a more pleasant browsing experience.

A selection of the most popular products, plus access to catalogues and special offers, precede a more detailed presentation of the brands that are part of the Group: Polyplastic by Lippert, Lewmar, DoubleCool by Lippert, Taylor Made, and Trend Marine.

In addition, the home page also includes details of the Platinum Circle Service Centre programme for service centre partners in the caravanning sector. It includes a site map to allow users to easily navigate the contents.

Anyone seeking help will find lots of information in the Support section, while the Resources section includes the company’s Blog, an interesting Virtual Showroom, Catalogues, and the Media Centre.

The last menu item, Careers, links to the corporate site to learn about the Company’s vision, mission, and values (Life at Lippert), as well as discover positions that are currently open.

“But we don’t stop there: we are convinced that our new site represents only the beginning of a path of continuous growth,” added Tompetrini. “Over time, we plan to enrich the site with new content in order to continuously meet the needs of the end user. We will listen carefully to user feedback and work to implement requests to further improve the online experience.”
