Knaus Tabbert publishes annual report for 2025

German leisure vehicle manufacturer Knaus Tabbert has published its annual report for 2025, in which it reported that it generated revenue of €1,002.1 million and a normalised EBITDA of €27.3 million.

Knaus says that 2025 was marked by its strategic realignment, in which the company streamlined its processes, clarified responsibilities, and adapted its organisation to the changing market conditions.

Changes were also made to the company’s production and inventory management to bring them more into line with actual demand in the market.

The above processes have helped the company achieve a gradual stabilisation that it says will be continually pursued throughout 2026 and beyond.

A joint statement by the company’s CEO, Wim de Pundert, and its CFO, Radim Sevcik, said: “2025 was a year of structural reset for us. We have laid important groundwork and set clear priorities. Even though a challenging path still lies ahead, we are convinced that we have made the right decisions and can continue to build on a solid foundation.”

Another highlight of the report is the progress that Knaus Tabbert made in the area of financing. The successful conclusion of an amendment agreement with the financing banks laid the foundation towards a more sustainable capital structure and greater planning security.

At the same time, the market environment remained challenging. Dealer insolvencies, ongoing pricing pressure, and supply chain challenges weighed on business performance. Against this backdrop, profitability targets could not be fully met.

However, Knaus says it remains confident of its strategic direction and has laid down solid foundations in 2025 for its future development.
