Jason Lippert, the President and CEO of recreational vehicle components expert Lippert Components, Inc., has been inducted into the RV/MH Hall of Fame.
Jason has led Lippert through a period of unprecedented growth since taking the helm as President and CEO in 2003, during which time he has spearheaded more than 70 different strategic acquisitions, championed vertical integration, and helped reshape the product experience for those at all levels of the chain in the RV industry.
Today, Lippert is a recognised industry leader in chassis, electronics, furniture, automation, and lifestyle products that have redefined RV performance, comfort, and reliability.
“I’m deeply honoured to receive this recognition,” said Jason Lippert.
“The RV industry has been part of my family for generations, and I truly love this community and everything it stands for. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to help shape its future while building something that puts people first. For me, it’s never just been about business. It’s about empowering others, serving with purpose, and finding ways to give back to the communities that support us.
“I share this honour with every Lippert team member who has worked tirelessly to make a positive impact, and with the many mentors, partners, and friends who have inspired and supported me along the way.”
One of Jason’s most prominent legacies is his impact on the company culture, which balances caring with performance, helping team members to flourish in what the company calls a ‘value-rich environment’.
Under Jason’s leadership, Lippert has become one of the first large manufacturers in the industry to establish in-house leadership training, global chaplaincy programs, and initiatives that have empowered team members to serve over 125,000 community service hours per year.
Jason Lippert was inducted into the RV/MH Hall of Fame’s Class of 2025 alongside fellow RV industry professionals Chad Reece, Vice President of Government and Industry Relations at Winnebago Industries; Garry Bewernick, President of Atlas Trailer; Larry Trout, Owner of Toppers RV; and Thomas Irions, CEO of ASA Electronics.
