Fendt-Caravan sets course for future with management change

German leisure vehicle brand Fendt-Caravan has announced planned changes to its management team following the retirement of Managing Director Hans Findte on 31 July 2026.

Hans’ retirement means that from 1 August 2026, which is the start of Fendt-Caravan’s new financial year, Jens Lüpkes (pictured above, right) joins the company’s management team and takes over responsibility for areas previously overseen by Hans, such as sales, marketing and after-sales.

Meanwhile, Andreas Dirr (pictured above, left) will continue in his role as Managing Director for the Mertingen, Germany-based company as before and will also take on additional internal responsibilities.

According to Fendt-Caravan, these changes will enable the company to focus on continuity whilst also seeking fresh impetus for its future development. Andreas and Jens will both work together as co-Managing Directors.

During his time with the company, Hans Frindte played a key role in its development, offering great dedication, entrepreneurial vision, and personal commitment that Fendt says has made a decisive contribution to its success.

The Fendt-Caravan management team stated: “Hans Frindte has led Fendt-Caravan with passion and a strong sense of responsibility. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his extraordinary commitment. He remains a valued member of the Fendt family and is always warmly welcome.”
