The Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show at the NEC in Birmingham, UK, which runs from 19 to 24 February, is bigger and better this year, with the organisers reporting a 37 percent increase in space allocated for exhibitors.

The show is an important opportunity for the UK’s leisure industry to showcase all their latest products.  Spanning five exhibition halls at the NEC, the very latest campervans, motorhomes, caravans, caravan holiday homes & lodges, awnings, tents, camping accessories and gadgets will all be on display at the same venue.

One area that the extra space has been allocated to is the tent and camping display area. This makes space for new brands to exhibit for the first time, such as Terra Nova, Field Candy, Robens, Bowcamp and Isabella (tents).  Incorporating the new ‘Camping Zone’ for 2019, Hall 5 will accommodate 1000sqm of dedicated ‘feature area’ space for the display of new tent innovations.

In addition, extra space has been given for campervans and caravan awnings, and in Hall 4 where the larger leisure and park homes are located there will be a ’Glamping’ feature area with a climbing wall as a central attraction.

New for 2019 is the Bear Grylls Adventure feature area, offering four epic challenges to test your physical and mental strength – perfect for all aspiring outdoor adventurers!

As well as getting a first look at the very latest innovations in the camping, motorhome and caravan markets, the show offers a huge amount of fun and entertainment for everyone, and will keep the whole family occupied for a full day.

With special guest appearances every day by celebrities such as Paralympic athlete Lauren Steadman, Adventurer Alastair Humphreys and TV presenter Julia Bradbury, activities for the kids such as ice skating and a climbing wall, features areas such as the Top Dog Arena showing amazing agility demonstrations and theatre events – plus the chance to win some huge prizes – the show offers the perfect day out during school half term this February!

NEW-FOR-2019 CAMPING ZONE – A great place to start if you want to see tents of all types, shapes and sizes, all pitched under one roof with experts on hand to offer advice on which are best for you. The camping offering has grown by an enormous 37% since last year, this year’s display will include family tents, adventure tents, high tech tents, tunnel tents, tipi tents, bell tents, trekking tents, expedition tents and dome tents!

HOLIDAY PARK EXPERIENCE – The show brings to life a flavour of what a holiday park can offer the whole family and there’s plenty of opportunity for kids to experience fun activities such as climbing, and skating.  With such a range of holiday parks on display you’re sure to come away with lots of holiday inspiration.  For those looking to buy a caravan holiday home or lodge why not speak to the experts who will be able to answer any questions and give best advice.

TOP DOG ARENA – The Top Dog Arena is back for another year and will be packed with pooch talent every day. We are sure you will enjoy the contributions from the various parts of the canine world be it agility, assistance, dancing or obedience dogs as we show the many reasons why man’s best friend is a part of so many UK households. Knowledgeable commentary will guide you through each presentation and you may even see a Crufts winner or two.
