Producer and supplier of components and accessories to the RV industry, Airxcel, has announced that it has appointed Marty Wright as its new Vice President of Human Resources.

Marty joins the Wichita, Kansas-based company with more than two decades of experience in human resources strategy, culture development, and employee engagement under his belt. Airxcel says it believes Marty’s appointment will bring a fresh perspective to its growing family of brands.

Marty’s first objective is to unify HR policies and processes across Airxcel’s various divisions while respecting each brand’s own culture.

By using analytical insights, he will seek to identify high-performing teams and areas needing support, driving ongoing improvement in talent and culture, according to Airxcel.
