Recreational vehicle industry group Airxcel Inc. has announced that Kristen LeBaron has joined the organisation as its new VP of Strategic Planning and Implementation.

Kristen will be based in Elkhart, Indiana, for the role, which has been described by Airxcel as instrumental in transforming strategic goals into actionable initiatives across its family of brands.

“We are excited to welcome Kristen to the Airxcel team,” said Anthony Wollschlager, Airxcel President and CEO. “Her extensive experience in manufacturing and the RV industry, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and deep expertise in project management, make her a valuable addition to our organisation.”

As part of her new position, Kristen will oversee a portfolio of high-impact strategic initiatives and also be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to monitor progress and drive organisational success.
