Producer and supplier of RV components Airxcel has announced an organisational realignment that it says is designed to drive growth in the RV window coverings sector.

The main change in the realignment will see Craig Weddle, Managing Director of roller shade manufacturing brand MCD Innovations, report directly to Marc Brunner, President of United Shade, Dicor Products, and Vixen Composites, effective 1 November 2025.

Anthony Wollschlager, President and CEO of Airxcel, said: “This strategic move is about harnessing the collective strengths of our brands to benefit OEMs, dealers, and RV owners. Meanwhile, Marc Brunner added: “By more closely aligning MCD Innovations and United Shade, we aim to increase operational flexibility, expand our reach in the market, and foster greater innovation through shared expertise.

“These changes will help us better serve our OEM partners, dealers, and end customers, positioning Airxcel’s window covering brands for continued market leadership and long-term success.”

Airxcel believes this move will further leverage synergies between MCD Innovations and United Shade, boosting the company’s ability to deliver innovative solutions to RV manufacturers and consumers.
