According to the latest survey of recreational vehicle manufacturers in the United States carried out by the RV Industry Association, 30,243 RVs were shipped in October 2025.

This figure is slightly down (-1.2 per cent) on October 2024, when 30,595 units were shipped in the country.

Of that October 2025 figure, 27,055 units were towable RVs (-2.6 per cent compared to October 2024) and 3,188 were motorhomes (+12.7 per cent compared to October 2024). Park home shipments were recorded at 443, which is 28 per cent up on October 2024.

President and CEO of the RV Industry Association, Craig Kirby, said: “This latest shipment report shows that overall, the RV industry continues to make moderate, steady gains for the year and we are on track to surpass last year’s shipment totals.

“RVing is one of the most affordable travel option available. In fact, RVing is expected to be more popular than ever this holiday season, with a recent survey showing 28 million Americans are planning to hit the road and share the joys of time together with family and friends.”

The year-to-date RV shipment figure in the United States from January to October 2025 stands at an impressive 297,477 units. This is around 3.5 per cent more than the 287,007 shipments recorded for that same period in 2024.
